For small delivery and service rounds
Your delivery rounds, sorted every morning.
RoundSorted keeps your customers' standing orders, builds today's run sheet and load list, puts the stops in the best order and sends the run to your driver's phone. Then it does the invoices.
Free for up to 5 customers. No card needed.
Who it's for
Built for businesses that deliver to the same customers again and again
One to five vans, regular customers, orders that mostly repeat. The words change to suit your trade — drops, cleans or collections.
How it works
From standing order to paid invoice
- Step 1
Customers and standing orders
Add each customer once with what they have and on which days — "6 sourdough every Tue, Thu and Sat" or "2 bottles every 3 weeks". One-off changes and holidays sit on top.
- Step 2
Today's run sheet and load list
Each morning RoundSorted works out who gets what today and totals it up, so you know exactly what to bake, pick or load before the van leaves.
- Step 3
The best route
Stops are put in a fast order using real driving times, with links that open the route in Google Maps.
- Step 4
On the driver's phone
Your driver sees the run in order on their phone, taps through each drop and notes anything that went wrong. You see progress as it happens.
- Step 5
Invoices and payments
Delivered drops turn into invoices. Customers pay by card link, or by Direct Debit on the Team plan. You can see who owes what.

Why owners switch from spreadsheets
Less admin before the van leaves
A spreadsheet is fine for ten customers. Once orders change by text, holidays pile up and a second van joins, it's easy to short a café or bill the wrong amount. RoundSorted keeps one version of the truth.
Order changes in one place
Customers change or skip their own orders before your cut-off.
Load lists that add up
Totals per product for the day, ready for the bake or the pick.
Holidays and skips handled
Pause a customer for two weeks without deleting anything.
Proof of delivery
Drivers mark drops done and add notes as they go.
Invoices from real drops
Bill what was actually delivered, not what was ordered.

Questions people ask
What kind of business is RoundSorted for?
Small businesses that deliver to the same customers on a regular schedule: wholesale bakeries, fruit and veg suppliers, firewood merchants, water cooler companies, laundry collection, milk and doorstep rounds, egg and farm producers, coffee roasters and window cleaning rounds. If you run one to five vans and keep your orders in a spreadsheet, a notebook or WhatsApp, it's built for you.
Is there really a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan covers up to 5 customers and one round, with no time limit and no card needed. The public route planner is free for everyone, with or without an account.
What's a standing order?
A customer's regular order — the same products on the same days, every week or every few weeks. RoundSorted keeps those and builds each day's deliveries from them, so you only deal with the changes.
Can my customers change their own orders?
Yes. Each customer gets their own link where they can change quantities or skip a delivery up to a cut-off you set, so late-night texts don't get missed.
Do my drivers need an app?
No download. Drivers log in on their phone's browser and see today's run in order, with directions for each stop.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Paid plans are monthly with no contract. You can drop back to the Free plan or cancel whenever you like.
Run your rounds without the spreadsheet
