Sound familiar?
Collection and delivery on one run
Picking up dirty bags and dropping clean ones on the same day, in the right order, with the right bag going to the right door.
Changeover days move
Holiday-let owners change their bookings, guests leave early, and your collection schedule lives in a WhatsApp group.
Bags that go missing
'We put three bags out, you only brought two back.' Without a record, it's your word against theirs.
Billing by bag, item and week
Bag washes, shirts, bedding sets, each priced differently, adding up on paper for weekly invoices.
How RoundSorted helps
Regular collections by weekday
Set what each customer has collected on which days, like a Monday bag wash and a Thursday shirt service. One-off extras and skips go on top.
Customers change by link
Holiday-let owners and households use their private link to add a collection, change the number of bags or skip a week before your cut-off. No app.
Daily list of collections
See every collection and return due tomorrow with totals by service, so you know what's coming into the unit.
Route in driving order
All the day's stops arranged sensibly with a Take me there button for each stop and notes such as 'bags in the porch'.
Photo proof at the door
The driver takes a photo of the bags collected or left, with a note of how many. Disputes end quickly.
Weekly invoices
Built from each recorded collection. Customers pay by card online on Solo and Team, or by bank transfer. Free for up to 5 customers.
A day with RoundSorted
Tuesday has eighteen stops: twelve households on their weekly bag wash, four holiday lets after weekend changeovers and two offices with a shirt service. One let owner added an extra bedding set through her link last night. Your driver follows the run, photographs the bags at each porch and notes the count. By Friday the week's invoices are ready to send.

Questions people ask
Can I schedule the collection and the return separately?
Yes. Put them on different days of the customer's regular schedule, for example a collection on Monday and a return on Thursday. Both appear on the right day's run.
Does it track individual bags through the wash?
No. RoundSorted records what was collected and delivered at the door, with photos and notes. It is not a garment tracking or tagging system.
Is it suitable for holiday-let laundry?
Yes. Owners can change or skip collections themselves through their link, which suits changeover patterns that move around.
Do customers need an account?
No. Each customer gets a private link by email. It opens in any browser.
