Fruit & veg wholesale
Wholesale delivery software for small fruit and veg suppliers
Restaurants and cafés order most of the same produce every day, then text the changes late at night. RoundSorted keeps their regular orders, takes the changes through a link before your cut-off, and gives you tomorrow's pick list and delivery run.
Sound familiar?
Late-night order texts
Chefs finish service and send the order at 11pm. You read it at 4am at the market and hope you haven't missed the one about the extra case of lemons.
Buying blind at the market
Without clean totals for tomorrow, you buy from memory and end up short on onions and over on salad that won't keep.
Prices that move every week
Different restaurants on different prices, and market prices that change. Getting invoices right from paper delivery notes takes hours.
Chasing payment
Restaurants on weekly or monthly terms that pay late, and no quick way to see who owes what.
How RoundSorted helps
Regular orders by weekday
Set what each restaurant usually takes on each day. Changes for one day sit on top, so the regular order is never lost.
Customers change orders by link
Each kitchen gets a private link to add, change or skip tomorrow's order before your cut-off. No app and no login, so they will actually use it.
Pick list and buying totals
Totals per product for tomorrow, so you know what to buy and pick, plus a per-customer list for loading the van in drop order.
Multi-drop route order
The day's stops arranged in a sensible driving order using road times, with a Take me there button for each stop and delivery notes for each kitchen.
Proof of delivery
The driver marks each drop done on their phone with a photo and a note, or records it as short or failed so you can credit it.
Invoices with per-customer prices
Weekly or monthly invoices from what was delivered, using each customer's own prices. Customers pay by card online on Solo and Team, or by bank transfer.
A day with RoundSorted
The cut-off is 9pm. By then most kitchens have used their links: one added two boxes of tomatoes, another skipped tomorrow because it's closed for a private event. At 4am you open the totals on your phone at the market and buy to the list. Back at the unit you pick from the per-customer sheet, load in reverse drop order, and the driver follows the run with a photo at each back door. The week's invoices build up as each drop is recorded.

Questions people ask
Can I change prices when the market moves?
Yes. Update a product's price or a customer's own price and future drops use the new price. Past drops keep the price they were delivered at.
Can I sell by weight?
Products have a unit you choose (kg, box, sack, case, each) and quantities can be decimals, so 2.5 kg works.
What about substitutions?
Edit the order before the van goes, or have the driver add a note on the day. The invoice is built from what was actually recorded as delivered.
Does it replace a full wholesale system like an ERP?
No. It is built for small suppliers with one to five vans. There is no stock control, purchase ordering or accounting sync.
